Genetic divergence among 24 genotypes of field pea (Pisum sativum L) was estimated using D2 and principal component analysis. Altogether five clusters were formed. Maximum intercluster distance was observed between cluster D and IV. Cluster II showed highest primary branches per plant and second highest pods per plant and cluster IV recorded highest plant height, and yield per Plant Plant height, 100 seed-weight and yield per plant showed maximum contribution to the total divergence. The results obtained by principal component analysis were reconfirmed by Dz analysis.
