dc.description.abstractThe main purpose of ihis study was to describe the influence of farmers’ characteristics on their extent of adoption of BR14. Multistage sampling procedure was used to collect data through personal interview method from 208 farmers of Karihata union of Gazipur District. The findings revealed that the extent of adoption of BR14 was high in the study area. Significant relationships were found between age, farm size and organizational participation of the farmers and their extent of BR14 adoption.en_US
