This paper attempts to ascertain the attitudes of policymakers, planners and administrators, consisting of top government bureaucrats, extension cxpcrts, high lcvcl rcscarchcrs, senior c.xccutivcs of scrvicc agcncics and politicians, who are directly or indirectly involved in policy formulation and execution of thc Training and Visit Cr & V) System of extension. Findings indicate that rcscarchcrs and politicians had favourablc attitudes toward thc functionality, politicians and scrvicc agency pcoplc toward feasibility whilc government bureaucrats and politicians showcd favourablc attitudes toward thc practicability. Thc overall attitudes of all groups except bureaucrats and cxtcnsion cxpcrts showcd positive attitudes toward thc functionality, feasibility and practicability of thc Training and Visit System.
